Branz Warranty Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the official Warranty Terms & Conditions of Branz. Please read the policy carefully to understand your coverage, limitations, and responsibilities.


1. Purpose

This warranty policy defines the coverage, limitations, and service process applicable to products sold or distributed by Branz.


2. Scope

These terms apply to all Branz-branded products and any items distributed under warranty by Branz.


3. Warranty Period

3.1 Mobile Phones

  • Warranty coverage: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Exceptions may apply as stated on the invoice or product page.

3.2 Other Electronic Devices & Accessories

  • Warranty coverage: 6 months, unless otherwise specified at purchase.

3.3 Non-Transferable

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


4. Warranty Coverage

  • Branz will repair or replace defective products or parts using new or refurbished components at no cost, provided the defect falls under these terms.

  • Replaced items become the property of Branz.

  • Repaired or replaced items retain the remaining duration of the original warranty.


5. Required Documentation

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • The original invoice/receipt; and

  • A warranty card, if issued.

Branz reserves the right to refuse claims without proper documentation.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must bear all shipping, courier, or delivery charges when sending products for warranty evaluation.

  • Customers are responsible for backing up personal data before submitting a device. Branz is not responsible for data loss.


7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

7.1 General Exclusions

  • Accidents, drops, misuse, neglect, liquid damage, dust, or environmental factors.

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

  • Excessive pressure applied to screens or physical components.

  • Use of non-approved chargers, cables, or accessories.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, rooting, or software alterations.

  • Incompatibility with third-party software or unapproved applications.

  • Electrical faults, power surges, incorrect voltage, or natural disasters.

  • Normal wear and tear, including battery capacity reduction over time.

  • Altered, missing, or illegible serial numbers / IMEI.

  • Connectivity or network-related issues.

7.2 Smartwatches

  • Warranty may be void if issues arise due to installation of unsupported third-party watch faces.

7.3 Power Banks

  • Warranty may be void if repeatedly discharged below recommended levels or used with unapproved charging devices.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Branz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that extend beyond the scope of this warranty.

  • Warranty conditions and product specifications may change without prior notice.


9. Warranty Claim Procedure

9.1 Initiating a Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Contact Branz via official customer support channels.

  2. Submit the product to a Branz outlet or authorized service partner.

  3. Provide required documentation.

9.2 Service Timeline

  • Inspection: 3–7 working days

  • Repair / Replacement: 14 working days depending on parts availability

  • Premium or extended-warranty items: 30–45 days

9.3 Non-Warranty Cases

If the defect is deemed outside warranty coverage, Branz may:

  • Reject the claim, and/or

  • Offer repairs at the standard service fee.


10. After Warranty Expiry

Products submitted after warranty expiration may be repaired at Branz’s standard service rates. Part availability may vary by model.


11. Authorized Service Partners

Only repairs carried out by Branz or authorized service partners are covered under warranty.
Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.


12. Compliance With Local Laws

This warranty operates alongside rights provided under applicable consumer laws. In any conflict between this policy and statutory rights, the law shall prevail.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Branz product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Warranty Policy.
